Resolved issues and error corrections
The 2019 Intrastat reporting complement now applies to all relevant countries instead of only Belgium. Reports also show the origin country and partner VAT directly, making compliance review easier for business users.

Task 2191369 * The complement for 2019 should have been for everyone, not only for Belgium. * We want to display the origin country and the partner vat in the report too, not only in the xml. Related to https://github.com/odoo/enterprise/pull/8211
