This fixes an issue where PDF-related resources for document templates might not load as expected. It helps ensure users can keep working with PDF splitting and document templates without interruption.

The assets require the access group to be lazyLoaded from the pdf splitter, this fix ensures that it remains the case following odoo/odoo#59578. See odoo/odoo#44993
