Hovering over grid view cells and totals now highlights the related row and column more consistently. This makes it easier for users to read totals and compare values across days in grid-style planning views.

Payslip calculations now use the proper contract wage value, improving payroll accuracy. Contracts created from templates no longer show a misleading previous contract button that points back to the template.

- In payslips, computed amount is not based on integer payslip.normal_wage but on payslig__get_contract_wage method - When a contract is created from a contract template, the 'previous contract' button, leading to the template, is now invisible modified: hr_contract_salary.hr_contract.py, hr_contract_salary.hr_contract_views.xml, hr_payroll.hr_payslip.py task: 2326391
The timesheet grid and pivot views now correctly respond when users click mobile app store icons. Desktop users see the QR code wizard, while mobile users are sent directly to the app link, and the Chrome app icon is hidden on mobile devices.

… grid view _(*) = project_timesheet_synchro Currently, Pivot and grid view is migrated to the owl so old mixin which override the _renderview method will not work so to fix that we need a new mixin and keep the old mixin as it is used in other views. So in this commit, create a new mixin for QRcode, to enable the play store icon click events and open the QRcode in the wizard for desktop view and direct link for mobile view. Hide the chrome app icon from everywhere for mobile devices. TaskID: 2323254
