New functionality added to Odoo
Adds Belgian Social Balance Sheet reporting and makes related payroll documents and actions easier to access from reporting menus and Documents. This helps Belgian companies prepare required workforce and payroll disclosures with more complete contract, holiday, training, and employee data.
Enhancements to existing features
Mobile users filling out Sign documents now get a larger bottom sheet text field when entering text. This makes it easier to read and edit what they type without relying only on zooming into the PDF.

Before this commit, text fields were very small and it's was hard to see what we were writing in it. The only possibility was to zoom in the PDF. In this commit, a bottom sheet with a text field in it now appears when you start to fill in the form. you clearly see what you are writing. Note that the zoom is still essential if you want to see the pdf content. Task ID: 2463472
Resolved issues and error corrections
Fixed an issue that caused timesheet reports grouped by project and task to fail. Users can now view these reports reliably, improving access to project time tracking information.

Currently, when use looking at the timesheet reporting by project and by the task its throws traceback due to passing the wrong value in props. In this commit, fix this issue by passing the proper value in props. TaskId-2449110
Miscellaneous changes

Planning screens now show time off more clearly when it falls on the current day, making schedules easier to read. The planning form also keeps task information visible and hides empty shift template labels, reducing confusion for users managing shifts.

Currently, In Gantt view time off is not properly display when it falls on today's date, and in the form view task field is not always visible so improve it In this commit, display time off in a darker gray when it falls on today's date in Gantt view and always display the task field and hide the shift template label if there is nothing to display in form view. This fixes accounting and localization test suites so they no longer depend on demo data or external services. The change helps keep automated validation stable across countries and reduces false failures in nightly builds.

Community PR: https://github.com/odoo/odoo/pull/60148 Because we are now adding demo data for each company, whatever the localization, all the tests using the accounting need to be independent from the demo data. This was also the right time to make the nightly runbot build for l10n completely green.
Creating a Planning shift without selecting repeat will no longer trigger an unnecessary error when repeat settings are incomplete. Errors now appear only when repeat is enabled, making shift creation smoother and less confusing for users.

'repeat' is wrongly configured in shift creation. In shift creation, if 'repeat' is not selected, it should not throw any user error event if the configuration is not completed. Beforehand, when disposing an asset, a disposal move was generated only if the asset still had draft depreciation moves, that is to say if the asset was not fully depreciated yet.
