Payroll users can now identify contracts where an employee's working schedule differs from the previous contract. This makes it easier to review schedule changes and support payroll checks across standard and Belgian payroll flows.

Adds a new report for working schedule changes. One line per change in
working schedule comparing a contract and the contract that came before
it.
