Employee forms now hide Belgium-specific payroll and holiday pay fields when the active company is not Belgian. This keeps employee records cleaner and reduces confusion for businesses operating outside Belgium.

This commit hides a part of the employee's form view in non belgian
companies as they are unused in those contexts anyway.
