Some validation checks were failing on AEAT's platform, depending on the content of the file: - transaction volume must only be included if we are exonerated from mod 390 - BIC musn't be included for Spanish IBANs - 'marca sepa' can't be set for declaration type 'N' OPW 2662476 Forward-Port-Of: odoo/enterprise#23515
