New functionality added to Odoo
The Planning app now lets employees mark an assigned shift as available for someone else to take. When another employee picks up the shift, the original assignee is notified automatically, making schedule changes easier to coordinate.

[IMP] planning: adds switch shift functionality This PR adds "Switch Shift" functionality to the planning app. After the changes are applied, users of the planning app can request to switch shift - making their shift available for other users to assign themselves to. Task-3035989
