Features or functions removed from Odoo
The old enterprise Purchase add-on is being removed because its dashboard role is obsolete and its remaining setup has moved into the main Purchase app. This simplifies the product structure without changing current purchasing workflows.

> Originally contributed by OCA member @niyasraphy in odoo/enterprise#43130 purchase_enterprise module is no longer useful since the enterprise only dashboard view it originally had was obsoleted by the addition of the new dashboards app in commit 61c8314. It now only provides demo data and context for an existing action. This PR removes all of the obsoleted functionality. odoo/odoo#132475 moves the demo data and context into the community purchase app. odoo/upgrade#5064 is the associated upgrade script. task-3452519
