The recruitment AI feature has been separated into its own bridge module, making it easier to manage and deploy independently. This helps keep recruitment functionality cleaner while preserving the AI-assisted applicant workflow.

Expense posting in Ecuador can now create reimbursement lines in a draft vendor bill instead of standard invoice lines. This supports the local reimbursement workflow and adds checks so missing reimbursement details are completed before bills are finalized.

Current behavior before PR:
- Expenses don't use Reimbursement feature

Desired behavior after PR is merged:
- When posting an expense in Ecuador, it is possible to create Reimbursement lines instead of invoice lines in a draft Bill
- Constrains are adapted to the new behaviour
