Resolved issues and error corrections
This fix restores the expected behavior for hiding website form fields in the page builder. Users will no longer see confusing or duplicate device visibility controls when a form field is set to always hidden, making form configuration clearer and more reliable.
Original PR description
Up until 18.3, setting a form field to "Always hidden" correctly hid the device-specific visibility toggles (desktop/mobile). This behavior was lost in the new builder because device visibility became a generic option for all `section .row > div`. Additionally, the visibility settings were confusingly separated by the "Animation" option in the UI. This commit fixes these issues by: - Moving device visibility options into the form field options, grouping them next to the visibility rule. - Hiding device visibility toggles when a field is globally hidden. - Excluding form fields from the generic device visibility option to prevent duplication. task-6117477
