[FIX] sale: show color swatch in configurator without html_color

Color options without a manually selected color now appear consistently in the add-to-cart popup, matching how they already look on the product page. This prevents shoppers from seeing generic gray circles and makes product choices clearer during purchase.

Original PR description

Issue:
Color attribute values without an explicit html_color show correctly on the product page but render as a plain gray circle in the "Add to cart" popup / product configurator, even though selecting them still works.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a Color attribute value without picking a color (leave the Color field unset) and add it to a published product.
2. Open the product page: the swatch shows fine.
3. Click Add to Cart to open the popup: the swatch is a plain gray circle instead.

Cause:
product_template_attribute_line.xml (sale.ptav_color) used `ptav.html_color` directly with no fallback, producing the invalid CSS "background-color:false" when html_color is unset.

Fix:
Apply the same `html_color or name` fallback in the configurator's color-swatch template.

Colombian electronic invoice XML files will no longer include the journal's technical control key in the customer-facing note field. This keeps the note limited to the invoice Terms and Conditions, helping avoid incorrect information being sent to DIAN.

**Steps to reproduce:**
- Install the `l10n_co_dian` module and switch to the CO Company.
- Disable `Test environment` and enable `DIAN Demo Mode` in the invoicing settings.
- Set a `Technical control key` on the `Customer Invoices` journal.
- Create and confirm an invoice with Terms and Conditions.
- Send the invoice to `DIAN`.
- Open the generated XML file and observe the `cbc:Note` tag.

**Observation:**
The `Note` tag contains the `technical control key`.

**Expected behavior:**
The `Note` tag should only contain the Terms and Conditions value
from the invoice. (Confirm with PO [1])

**Root Cause:**
At [2] and [3], the code includes the `technical key` in the `Note` tag.
