This update tidies the internal code style for the Inter-Company Rules module without changing business functionality. It helps keep the module easier to maintain and reduces the risk of future development issues.

The Delivery module was reorganized and migrated to Odoo's newer internal framework, making it easier to maintain and evolve. Existing delivery cost and stock movement checks were also converted into more robust automated tests, helping protect shipping workflows from regressions.
