Enhancements to existing features
This change adds an expand button to chat windows so users can quickly open a conversation in the full Discuss view. It makes navigating from a compact chat to the broader discussion workspace faster and more convenient.

The Apps > Update menu options are now hidden from regular users and only shown when debug mode is enabled. This keeps day-to-day navigation cleaner and reduces the chance of users accessing technical maintenance actions unintentionally.
