Code cleanup and technical improvements
Mexican accounting reporting has been reorganized so closing entries, trial balance, chart of accounts, and general ledger reporting are handled together in the main Mexican reports module. This adds the required general ledger report, aligns trial balance with the standard Odoo report, and fixes display issues when showing hierarchical subtotals.

The Mexican localization settings screen has been reorganized so related options are easier to find and review. This improves day-to-day setup and maintenance by making the configuration page clearer without changing underlying business behavior.
